On Point Realtors is a woman owned real estate business. It is solely owned and operated by Rebecca Williams, a licensed California Real Estate Broker. It falls under the SBA Small Business Classification per Part 121.405.
Rebecca Williams opened On Point Realtors in 2010 to buy, rehab and sell residential properties. From their drive and ability to grow businesses, during downturns in the real estate cycle they concentrated on bank owned properties.
Rebecca’s passion for real estate led her into becoming one of the first residential agents utilizing the internet for marketing. In two years she sold nearly 100 homes!
In 2003, she joined Re/Max where she developed Z Team Real Estate, a full-service residential real estate company. In late 2008, As REO’s became a more significant part of her business, she created SDREOSold, an independent brokerage firm that works with lenders and service providers in the marketing and management of REO listings throughout San Diego County.
